the scope of work, a complete list of the proposed systems
components & accessories, detailed work progress schedules, and
management procedures to be followed by both parties are developed,
and submitted to the customer for approval prior to actual
implementation. |

Our staff, according to documented procedures that conforms to the national and international standards, always installs all systems and equipment supplied by us. |

Comprehensive tests are carried out before & after installation of
components to ensure that no degradation in its performance has
occurred during transportation and handling. |

Another set of tests is carried out under actual operational
conditions to the full satisfaction of the customer before asking
for a provisional acceptance. |

4) Maintenance & Technical support: |
|
|
With the full and timely technical support that
AiA Light Co. gets from its
suppliers, it is possible to meet whatever customers need to secure
an easy and uninterruptible operation of all systems installed by
the company. On the one hand AiA Light Co.
well-trained technical staff can provide adequate preventive
maintenance routines on site, and on the other hand, higher level
routines and repair of defective parts are handled on Quality’s
premises or dispatched to the Manufacturer’s for overhauling. |
